明朝自从朱棣之后，文官系统就开始膨胀，尤其又经过土木堡之变，武勋贵族基本完蛋，文官没了制衡，开始泛滥，皇帝只能推出太监打擂台，正德的老爹弘治，在打算收商税的时候暴毙，正德上位后，推出刘瑾等八虎，结果最终落水而亡，也就是嘉靖整了个大礼议，压制住了文官，又玩些虚虚实实的招数，使得嘉靖一朝，始终将文官玩弄在鼓掌之中
